Our assessment involves a comprehensive screening of your strength and mobility to identify potential limiting factors as well a video analysis of your running technique.
We then devise a training plan based on your individual findings to help achieve your goals. Your training plan may include specific exercises, running technique drills and training advice regarding load management, footwear and recovery.
