Running Assessment

A Running Assessment can help runners and athletes improve their running performance or overcome an injury.

Our assessment involves a comprehensive screening of your strength and mobility to identify potential limiting factors as well a video analysis of your running technique.

We then devise a training plan based on your individual findings to help achieve your goals. Your training plan may include specific exercises, running technique drills and training advice regarding load management, footwear and recovery.

Our Running assessments are based on improving running efficiency which can not only allow you to run faster and easier, but also treat or reduce the risk of injuries such as:

  • Knee pain
  • Shin pain
  • Achilles tendon Injuries
  • Muscle strains e.g.: hamstring and calf injuries
  • Stress fractures
